Lynda Wolf

Lynda Wolf is the Principal and Co-Founder of FizGIG Workforce Solutions.  The organization recently launched its own YouTube channel entitled Boomers in Bergen, with Lynda being the co-host.  The show interviews and highlights Baby Boomer residents of Bergen County who have re-invented themselves - finding success and happiness after the age of 50 in second careers.

Throughout her 30 + year career in Staffing and Corporate Human Resources, Lynda has held positions as HR Recruiter, HR Manager, Dir. of HR, Sr. Business Development Manager, and Market and District Manager for both domestic and international workforce solution companies.

She currently is a Board Member of the Bergen County Workforce Development Board, an active member of the National Society For Human Resource Management, a Gala Committee Member of the Bergen Volunteer Medical Initiative (BVMI), as well as a council member and the past Co-Chair of the Bergen County Business Volunteer Council (BVC).  In 2010 (one of the years that Lynda was Co-Chair) the BVC was recognized as the 2010 National Corporate Council of the Year by the Hands On Network and Points of Light Institute. In 2017 Lynda was honored by The Bergen Volunteer Center’s BVC as one of the Hearts of Gold Honoree.   As a 2010 Bergen LEADS Graduate, Lynda had Co-Chaired the Community Outreach Initiative 2010-2011.  

Ms. Wolf continues to be a sought-after seminar and workshop speaker at community colleges, continuing education programs, ENCORE programs, non-profit groups, local libraries, and various SHRM Chapters throughout NJ.  Both Lynda and her business partner were workshop presenters at the 2014 Garden State Council of SHRM in Atlantic City, NJ on the topic of investing in older workers.  

Lynda was a panelist for The Women’s Institute at Bergen Community College on the topic of Women in Business, a speaker for the women’s mentoring program at one of the largest regional banks in the US, and a workshop presenter for the Northern NJ Girl Scouts Career Conference.  She currently is a Certified Career Coach for New Start Career Network - a statewide initiative operated by the Heldrich Center for Workforce Development at Rutgers University, dedicated to helping long term unemployed job seekers in the state of NJ.

Her BS is in Pastoral Studies, Cum Laude, from North Central University and has been involved with Children’s Ministry for 30 years; presently co-teaching with her husband at their local church.  Lynda’s passion is to see a generation of workers utilize their gifts and talents while matching skill-sets with company cultures.

Fran Monteleone

Fran Monteleone has a background in healthcare management, business development, and expertise in the staffing industry.  She holds her BS in Nursing from Downstate Medical Center and has worked in many industries, transferring and expanding her skills throughout her career.  This has enabled her to help people develop and discover their true callings in life. Fran's top priority and formula for success is finding the "right fit" for her clients.

Ms. Monteleone is known as a true believer in mentorship as a means for her effective job coaching.  Fran began her NJ career at Bergen Community College as a program coordinator.  She was later recruited by Kelly Healthcare Resources to open the NJ office as a Sales and Branch Manager where she coached and assisted in the permanent placement of many health care professionals.

From there, Fran transitioned into the Assisted Living industry earning her Administrators Certification and then entered the hospital arena where she serves as a Physician Liaison and Community Outreach Director.
